Photo taken before Rayyan went in for his surgery this morning. We had to stay overnight at ER because his oxygen saturation were dropping and had to monitor him. Rayyan has severe 'Tetralogy Of Fallot' cardiac defect since he was diagnosed in my 20 weeks of pregnancy. He has been very strong, brave and behaving with pre-admission check up yesterday.He stayed very still when staff were analysing him and only cried when poked with needles. There were some confusion this morning, on what time the surgery was scheduled. But they did not want to delay it any longer as the risk gets higher. I think Rayyan is sleeping now and his surgery may just started. We see him in the afternoon in ICU after everything goes well with operation. I wanted to take a short nap but the mind wont rest.

ReplyDeleteSo heartache to see small kid have to go thru all the needles.. *tears*.. my boy gone thru an eyes operation and it was such a heartache moment..
